Shoals Technologies Group (NASDAQ: SHLS) announced on September 22, 2026, the commercial release of its "K--Series BLA" (Big Lead Assembly), the first electrical balance of system (EBOS) solution specifically optimized for Kesterite (CZTS) utility--scale solar arrays. The K--Series BLA incorporates specialized "Anti--Corrosive Junctions" designed to address the unique sulfur--based outgassing characteristics of Kesterite modules in high--temperature environments. This innovation reduces the risk of connector degradation and improves long--term system reliability. Shoals expects to begin first deliveries for a 250MW project in Spain in January 2027.
