NVIDIA officially launched the "AI Compute Partner" program, a strategic transition from a hardware vendor to a financier of AI infrastructure. This new business model allows emerging cloud service providers to procure NVIDIA GPUs through a revenue--sharing and credit--support framework, significantly reducing upfront capital requirements for startups and regional players. Under the agreement, NVIDIA collects standard hardware revenue alongside a recurring percentage of the cloud income generated by the infrastructure, while providing buyback guarantees for unused capacity to mitigate partner risk.
