This follows the company's 100% acquisition of Miraex SA and marks a critical milestone in the integration of its "Quantum Sovereign Vertical Stack." The technology utilizes Thin Film Lithium Tantalate Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs) to convert quantum information between microwave and optical frequencies, enabling the interconnection of quantum processors and long--distance quantum communications. The commercial rollout targets four high--growth sectors: distributed quantum computing, quantum sensing for defense, quantum networking, and the Quantum Orbital Space Cloud for secure satellite communications.
