Energy Fuels Inc. (NYSEAMERICAN: UUUU) announced it has successfully produced its first kilogram of 99.9% pure terbium oxide at its White Mesa Mill in Utah, utilizing U.S.--sourced monazite ore. This achievement marks the first U.S. primary production of this critical heavy rare earth material in decades, meeting specifications for global rare earth permanent magnet manufacturers. The company plans to continue pilot--scale production at approximately one kilogram per week and aims to expand to commercial--scale output as early as 2027.
