Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd. (GMG) achieved a significant corporate milestone on September 16, 2026, with the official opening of its Gen 2.0 Graphene Manufacturing Plant in Brisbane, Australia. The ceremony, attended by Queensland’s Assistant Minister for Critical Minerals Bryson Head, marked the company's transition to industrial--scale production with a target capacity of 10 tonnes of graphene per annum. This facility is pivotal for the commercial scaling of GMG’s energy--saving products and G®CELLS battery technology. Management confirmed the project remains within its AU$2.3 million budget, with final optimization and the installation of a renewable self--power system expected by the end of 2026.
