Energy Fuels Inc. (NYSE American: UUUU) confirmed on August 24, 2026, that the final implementation of its acquisition of Australian Strategic Materials (ASM) is scheduled for August 28, 2026. This milestone follows the recent approval from the Federal Court of Australia and an overwhelming 98.23% favorable vote from ASM shareholders. The transaction will formally integrate ASM’s rare earth metals and alloy--making facilities in South Korea and its Dubbo Project in Australia into Energy Fuels’ vertically integrated "mine--to--magnet" platform. ASM securities are set to be suspended from the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) at the close of trading on the implementation date, with a formal delisting expected by August 31, 2026.
