Tesla stock

On September 29, 2026, Tesla, Inc. entered into three new senior unsecured credit agreements securing up to $30 billion in liquidity facilities, according to an SEC Form 8--K filing. The financing structure includes a $20 billion three--year delayed--draw term loan facility arranged with Citibank, alongside an $8 billion five--year revolving credit facility and a $2 billion 364--day revolving credit facility with Wells Fargo. The agreements replace Tesla's prior $5 billion revolving credit line established in 2023 and permit the company to increase commitments by up to an additional $4 billion. The expanded debt facility significantly strengthens Tesla's balance sheet flexibility to support accelerating capital expenditures in artificial intelligence compute, Cybercab production scaling, and Optimus robotics manufacturing.
