Electro Optic Systems (ASX: EOS) has secured a €31 million (approximately A$53 million) contract to supply its "Slinger" counter--drone systems to an unidentified European naval platform integrator. Announced on July 14, 2026, the agreement represents the largest single order for the maritime variant of the Slinger system to date. The contract includes the delivery of stabilized 30mm cannon systems, advanced sensors, and radar integration, with fulfillment scheduled for 2026 to address urgent defense requirements in the European market.
