By utilizing a nanometer--thin Kesterite (CZTS) layer as a passivating contact for crystalline silicon wafers, the company achieved a certified power conversion efficiency of 26.2% on a standard M10 wafer.
Key highlights of the "Hi--MO K" architecture include:
- Reduced Parasitic Absorption: The CZTS layer offers superior transparency in the blue spectrum compared to traditional amorphous silicon layers.
