Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. (CATL) announced a strategic cooperation agreement with the Shenzhen municipal government to establish a "Global Battery Innovation Center." The facility will focus on the development of advanced battery management systems (BMS) and the implementation of AI--driven manufacturing processes. This 2 billion yuan investment is designed to enhance the regional industrial ecosystem and accelerate the commercialization of next--generation energy solutions.
