On September 28, 2026, Meta Platforms officially announced the launch of the Meta Enterprise Platform, establishing a new business unit designed to sell enterprise AI tools and infrastructure directly to businesses and developers. The platform will commercialize Meta's AI technology stack, including its Muse personal and coding agents, Meta Business Agent, and related developer APIs. To direct the expansion, Meta appointed former MongoDB President and CEO Chirantan "CJ" Desai as Chief Enterprise Platform Officer.
