Russia has pioneered a revolutionary new concept for its 2026 Victory Day parade: a military showcase without any actual military equipment. The Defense Ministry announced on April 29 that, due to the "current operational situation"—a charming euphemism for having turned most of their armor into expensive lawn ornaments in Ukraine—Red Square will remain blissfully free of tanks and missiles this year.
