This candidate is a potential first--in--class non--hormonal antibody therapy designed to treat moderate--to--severe vasomotor symptoms (VMS) associated with menopause. The study is a multicenter, randomized, double--blind, placebo--controlled proof--of--concept trial involving 80 postmenopausal women, with a primary data readout anticipated in the third quarter of 2026.
