While competitors in France, Germany, Italy, and Spain advance large--scale sovereign satellite constellations, Poland's programs remain confined to a small number of spacecraft. Brona noted that Creotech is continuing to anchor sovereign capabilities through the Mikroglob defense program and the European Space Agency's CAMILA constellation, while preparing to scale capacity by commissioning a new satellite production plant near Piaseczno by 2029.
