On October 20, 2026 (ESPI Current Report No. 57/2026), Creotech Instruments S.A. signed an investment agreement with Skygrid Capital sp. z o.o., Cashtech sp. z o.o., and its subsidiary Creotech Geo P.S.A. to carve out and capitalize its satellite-- and drone--applications division. Under the transaction, Skygrid Capital will contribute PLN 16.0 million in cash to acquire a 55% majority stake and support commercialization, client acquisition, and operational scale. Creotech Instruments will transfer an organized part of enterprise (ZCP)—encompassing geospatial data processing, geoportal development, airspace monitoring, and drone solutions—as an in--kind contribution in exchange for a 45% retained stake.
