Creotech Instruments S.A. (WSE: CRI) and the European Space Agency (ESA) formally marked the contract for the Sawa space weather nanosatellite mission at the Warsaw Security Forum on October 12, 2026, concurrently unveiling the mission's official patch. Serving as prime contractor for the EUR 13.9 million project, Creotech is responsible for constructing and operating the satellite to monitor the Earth's thermosphere and magnetosphere in situ. The mission is scheduled to launch into orbit in 2029.
