(SHA: 601012) announced on June 23, 2026, the launch of its "Hi--MO K" series, the world's first flexible Kesterite (CZTS) modules designed for the aerospace and portable power markets. Utilizing a "Roll--to--Roll" (R2R) manufacturing process on lightweight polyimide substrates, LONGi has achieved a power--to--weight ratio of 1.2 kW/kg. The company highlighted that the use of earth--abundant materials significantly reduces the environmental footprint compared to traditional CIGS or GaAs flexible cells, positioning the product for high--growth niche applications in satellite deployment and off--grid mobile energy.
