On October 21, 2026, Redwire Corporation (NYSE: RDW) and EnduroSat signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to expand European space infrastructure capabilities for government, defense, and commercial markets. The partnership pairs EnduroSat's serial satellite manufacturing and constellation--as--a--service model with Redwire's space power systems, avionics, and mission prime contractor experience. The two companies plan to jointly target European initiatives in Very Low Earth Orbit (VLEO) defense operations, EU--based orbital data centers, and next--generation positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) constellations.
