Gas Malaysia Berhad has officially commissioned the first "LOOP" graphene production system in the Asia Pacific region at its Shah Alam facility. Developed by Levidian, the technology enables the industrial--scale conversion of methane into high--purity graphene and hydrogen. In conjunction with the launch, the companies executed an Exclusive Regional Collaboration Agreement to spearhead the deployment of graphene--based decarbonization solutions across the ASEAN market. This milestone is a key component of Gas Malaysia's "GM32" strategy, focusing on the commercialization of advanced materials and the integration of sustainable technologies into existing gas infrastructure.
