Salesforce AI Research has introduced "Agentic Graph--Orchestration" (AGO), a framework that utilizes Knowledge Graphs to manage the state and permissions of multi--agent AI systems. Announced on September 6, 2026, the system provides a "Semantic Control Plane" that prevents Large Language Model (LLM) agents from exceeding their operational boundaries by cross--referencing actions against a graph--based organizational policy. For the business sector, this breakthrough enables "Governed Autonomous Operations," ensuring that AI agents operating within CRM environments remain compliant with complex corporate hierarchies and data access rules.
