Cognor Holding S.A. announced that its subsidiary has initiated a settlement attempt against Danieli Automation S.p.A., seeking PLN 28,584,999.96 in compensation. The claim relates to the alleged improper execution of a contract for the delivery and implementation of the innovative "Q--one" power supply system at the Stalowa Wola production plant. According to the company, a critical transformer failure occurred due to technical deficiencies and improper requirements specified by the contractor, leading to a total system shutdown.
