On June 2, 2026, EY launched the "Fractal Project Scaling" (FPS) methodology, designed for large--scale enterprise transformation. FPS replaces traditional hierarchical PMO structures with "Self--Similar Delivery Cells." Each cell operates autonomously with decentralized governance and budgets, yet remains aligned through a "Strategic DNA" protocol—a set of immutable architectural and value--based constraints. This methodology enables rapid scaling by allowing new project cells to be "cloned" from successful ones, ensuring consistency without the bottleneck of centralized oversight.
