On September 14, 2026, NVIDIA announced a strategic expansion of its partnership with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) to integrate NVIDIA's "cuLitho" computational lithography platform into TSMC’s 1.4nm (A14) production nodes. This collaboration is designed to accelerate the manufacturing of the upcoming "Feynman" GPU architecture by optimizing chip design for next--generation extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography. The integration aims to enhance yield rates and power efficiency for high--performance AI accelerators, ensuring a stable supply chain for hyperscale data center customers as they transition beyond the "Vera Rubin" cycle.
