On September 24, 2026, SEALSQ Corp (NASDAQ: LAES) announced the commercial expansion of its VaultIC408 secure element platform after receiving NIST FIPS 140--3 Level 3 validation under the Cryptographic Module Validation Program (CMVP, Certificate No. 5463). Valid through August 2031, the single--chip hardware module provides cryptographic capabilities including AES, RSA, ECDSA, SHA--2, and HMAC for government, defense, and critical infrastructure applications. Alongside the validation, SEALSQ updated its post--quantum certification roadmap for its QS7001 secure element, setting expectations for a Common Criteria laboratory QS7001 V1 Hardware Evaluation Test Report in October 2026 and a QS7001 V2 evaluation report in January 2027.
