Pinterest, Inc. has finalized a $4 billion infrastructure agreement with Amazon Web Services (AWS), securing AWS as its preferred cloud provider through 2031. This contract, the largest in Pinterest's history, is designed to accelerate the deployment of generative AI across its visual search platform. Pinterest CTO Matt Madrigal noted that the partnership provides the "compute flexibility and infrastructure efficiency" required to scale AI--driven discovery for over 600 million users. The deal underscores AWS's continued dominance in the high--growth AI infrastructure market.
