On October 8, 2026, L3Harris Technologies (NYSE: LHX) announced that it was selected by NASA to design, assemble, integrate, and test an all--glass telescope for the Laser Interferometer Space Antenna (LISA) mission. Led by the European Space Agency in partnership with NASA, the mission aims to detect gravitational waves in space by tracking distance fluctuations between a triangular constellation of three satellites spanning 2.5 million kilometers.
