Zentek Ltd. (NASDAQ: ZTEK) announced on August 27, 2026, that it has been awarded a C$3.5 million (US$2.5 million) grant from the Sustainable Development Technology Canada (SDTC) fund. The non--dilutive capital is earmarked for the industrial scale--up of the company's ZenGuard™ production facility, which specializes in graphene--based antimicrobial coatings for high--efficiency HVAC filters. This funding is expected to significantly offset capital expenditures for the 2027 fiscal year and accelerate the commercial rollout of ZenGuard™ across North American commercial and healthcare infrastructure. The company confirmed that it will provide a comprehensive operational update during its presentation at the Global CleanTech Conference in September.
