Alphabet Inc. has secured a major artificial intelligence infrastructure agreement with SpaceX, as disclosed in regulatory filings on June 6, 2026. Under the terms of the deal, Google Cloud will pay approximately $920 million per month for access to 110,000 Nvidia GPUs hosted in SpaceX data centers. This "bridge capacity" arrangement, scheduled to run from October 2026 through June 2029, is designed to support the accelerating demand for the Gemini Enterprise platform, which recently recorded a 40% quarterly increase in paid monthly active users.
