(CATL) officially unveiled the "Tectrans II Superfast Charging Edition," a battery system specifically engineered for the light commercial vehicle (LCV) market. The battery features an industry--leading 8C peak charging rate, allowing for a 20% to 80% state--of--charge (SOC) transition in approximately 6 minutes and 48 seconds. This product launch is part of a broader strategic initiative to decarbonize urban logistics, supported by the company's goal to deploy 4,000 integrated fast--charging and battery--swapping stations across 190 cities by the end of 2026.
