The update addresses core enterprise knowledge management bottlenecks—such as data isolation, semantic drift, and governance compliance—by introducing three major components: a native Microsoft Teams application for zero--friction conversational knowledge access, an autonomous Smart Agent capable of executing multistep cross--system information retrieval, and a dedicated WordPress plugin that enhances unstructured content ingestion fidelity while enforcing strict data governance policies.
