The methodology introduces "Frictionless Prototyping," which utilizes automated supply chain integration to reduce the lead time between design iteration and physical testing. A central component is the "Real--time Materiality Assessment," a governance tool that evaluates the commercial viability of new material discoveries at every stage of the lab--to--market pipeline.
