Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Oracle announced a strategic partnership on September 8, 2026, to launch "Oracle Database@AWS". This new offering allows customers to access Oracle Autonomous Database and Oracle Exadata Database Service directly within AWS data centers. The collaboration is designed to streamline cloud migration for enterprise workloads, eliminate data transfer fees between the two providers, and provide a unified management interface. The service is scheduled for general availability on December 15, 2026.
